Oh, I know. If I ever did monetize it, Niven and Pournelle (actually their lawyers) would crush me for copyright violation.

Did you read my previous post on local libraries closing? That was a grim piece of news.

Your suggestion prompted me to see if the local library board was elected. It's not; the mayor appoints its members. That's not an insurmountable barrier. My sister sits on her local library board.
