How was the gig, I bet they were absolutely fantastic (as ever). I really waned to go but when I saw that it was part of "We are Electric" and that it didn't open until 11 I thought no chance, as I'd come back from Cambridge the same day - actualy I think I was snoring in my chair in the flat before Client were even on stage. Oh well, nevermind I'll see them at Mera Luna!

Thanks for the vid by the way, now I can use it in my presentation this evening :D

By all accounts, the sound was a bit iffy, although I had my earplugs in, so I can't really judge. They played all my faves and much more older stuff than I expected, so it was a well balanced set.

Client E was quite surprised by the audience (they were pretty young), as they weren't the normal Client fanbase, and was quite chuffed when they started singing along.

It's a bit more mellow than classics like 'Liberator' or 'Rainmaker', but I think SOD were an excellent altpop band who deserved more success than they got.

Theatre of Hate are doing some gigs soon, although I'm not sure what the line up will be.

As for that pesky dot: I never put it there and I can't see anything in the html to explain it (although my html is very basic). If you can see a way to remove it I'd be most grateful.

Ah, thank you. I will tinker with that. I should really sit down and do a proper website when I get time.

Good pics. Lara and I really enjoyed Client in Glasgow last night as well. Really enjoyed the fact that they played loads of old stuff, and the newer tracks such, as Drive and Xerox Machine sounded much better live than their overproduced (imho) versions on the album and singles.
