and a final note: it doesn't matter if he seems to be a nice guy, kill him and eat his heart because it will give you extrapower. Eating enemies' hearts as always been an important source for strenght to a warrior!

a friend of mine encountered a similar situation on myspace. a young english girl in london was claiming not only my friend's professional modelling name, but also her accomplishments.

she sent the chick a "cease and desist".

however, in your case, he isn't claiming to be you. he merely had the same stroke of inspiration for a name or he is playing homage to you.

any idea how long he has been spinning?

He emailed me (nicely) and said he'd been using the name since 2004, and got it from a playstation game. Maybe I'll sue Sony instead ;)

No-one has ever guessed where I got the inspiration from - it was a literary source.

Actually, he's a nice guy, so I'm not going to do anything. It's only a name, and as you say, he's not trying to impersonate me.
