Changing your theme:
Hover over the "Journal" drop down --> Journal Style

From there, there is lots of themes to choose from, or if you know how to do CSS coding, or sites to get some, then you can choose "Cutomize your theme" on the top right and then go down to "Custom CSS" on the left.
