I assure you, to the average LJ browser, the subject title will make no sense. But let me explain, through the medium of Writer's Block, which I will utterly pervert to suit my own needs.

What's the best conversation you've ever had with a stranger-on a bus, in an elevator, at a cafe, etc.?

Can I take this question, and instead answer it with one of ( Read more... )

I'm just... amazed that she ripped on her top to get your attention. That's... really very desperate. ^^'

It's hard to tell whether men or women have it easier, considering we can't compare. No matter how far modern science gets, women cannot know what it's like to be a man, and vice versa.

Well, she didn't break it, thankfully. But I wouldn't open it in such a fashion too often. And these people are desperate. You might think they're volunteering too, but they're actually working on commission.

Ah, words of wisdom. About half the entries I looked at said something similar, and it's quite true.

Commission, huh? Interesting.

It certainly is. Perhaps, one day, a body swap machine will be invented and we can indeed experience a day or two as the opposite gender. But until that day comes, we'll live in ignorance.

I'm not sure if I really want that day to come.

I find it odd how women resent peeing standing up yet also men leaving the toilet seat up AND pee on the seat if it's not. IT'S NOT AS FRIGGIN SIMPLE as point item A at Recepticle B. Especially when it forks =P I mean how are we supposed to know when that's gonna happen? It takes the piss (FNAR FNAR)

These people...I don't know what to do about them. But jogging backwards-that's dedication.

A fair point about the blurring of gender lines there. Although I'd say that when it comes to their peers, girls have a harder time fitting in.
