Two years

Eric and I will have been together for two years on June 4th....and I have no earthly idea how to celebrate it. I made a little scavenger hunt last year. This year is a drawing a blank for me. Any ideas?

You could always "kidnap" him and take him someplace. Maybe take him to the place you had your first date or something that was your first with him.
