tbh, i don't particularly like Sam, either. he's no where near as cool(or anything else), as Spike. :) yah, i know. but, i'm gonna go with Ratch training Mikaela to work on their systems and such. plus, she's not really repairing him here, she's just cleaning out the remnants of the scrapdevil. :D the idea of her actually fixing Ratch, tho...super-hot! thank you for reading/reviewing this one, too! not sure when i'll have part 12 ready, i've got another bunny that's eating my brain at the moment. soon, tho. =^.^=
I really loved Spike - both as a teenager and later, as a family father, in the "old" movie. The problem I have with Sam is, that Mikaela feels more like a hero than he does - he's much too driven my teenager hormones than anything else. - I'm not the slapstick type. To me, he is more of a sidekick or comedy relief character.
True, but what if a shard has ruptured an energon line? To a degree, she obviously can fix Ratchet, which is awesome, all things considered. Amazingly enough, here, in your fanfiction, I really like her despite being female - I normally have a great aversion against female characters in general. To the degree that I for example, can't read ffs or books with a female lead character... I'm so totally weird that way °-° *headdesk*
*nods* yeah, where Spike was cool, and a safe guy to trust, Sam's just a dumbaft. i wanna slap him ALL the time! yah, i know Mik's not entirely qualified here, but tbh, she's the best they've got right now. really, who else can stick delicate little hands into a mech's Spark chamber and ease pieces of shrapnel out? Sides? i'm sure he COULD be delicate, but i think he was relieved to not have to be. and Mikaela's intelligent enough to look at what she's doing, and realise whether or not she needs help, and will gladly ask for it. *shrugs* i'm the same way to an extent-if i wanna read about female hero charas, i'll read sailor moon fanfic(and i LOVE sailor moon!). i'm here, though, to read about mechs. :D thank you so much for R/R'ing! the next part is on the back burner for the moment, as researching(and writing) for Locks has taken priority. -Siro =^.^=
