Congrats on finishing the cosplay, indeed it looks remarkably fabulous!

I think there's a store in central California that sells walls and walls of nothing but these ducks in various styles. It was an amazing thing to see 8'D

I NEED TO GO TO THIS STORE. It sounds like a glorious thing. Perhaps it is time to pay my relatives in California a visit. XD

XD That's my newest one, actually.

Not in time, no. I need new glasses anyway, but I've been so busy that I haven't had a chance to go make an appointment. I'll get them before I wear it again, and the pants have pockets so I can carry my glasses with me in case I really need to see something. I've gone glasses-less in cosplay before; I can see enough. I just can't read or make out distant faces.

...which is already bad enough *the one that can see nothing but blurs without the glasses*. And in your Takenaka case, this seems to be particularly worse because of his signature mask. =/

The mask certainly doesn't help, but I've worn worse masks before. At least his allows you to keep peripheral vision intact; It just narrows my field of vision a bit vertically. I keep meaning to get contacts, but it keeps slipping through the cracks until just before a con.

Oh, good. It's fabulously silly-looking.

I need to sort through the pictures I have (I still ended up with about 150, but a lot of those are duplicates) but I'll post mine soon.
