Edit: And now I click the link and see someone who COULD read it already translated it. Boy do I feel like an idiot. Although it was kind of fun proving to myself I could actually read the Japanese.

While I should probably also join the speculation and horror, I was thoroughly distracted by this shiny bit in the transcript you posted: Ibiki "Leave this to ANBU and me!"
Ino's dad "Ibiki!"
I mean yeah, ok, I don't want Kakashi to die, and yeah Sakumo's face! But, but, but, IBIKI! *flails and runs about* and Inoichi, who is also cool, but... IBIKI!

What I said when I was an idiot and thought you were just speculating:
Especially since in the Japanese, Kakashi calls him Dad in the last panel! It's too blurry for me to read the earlier parts, but those last panels are clear. Dad says "Aaa...iisa" which is probably "Well... good..." And Kakashi says "Ano ne otousan" which is roughly "So anyway, Dad..."

Except ouch, is this a meeting in the astral plane on the way to the Pure Land, or whatever?
