It's a daybed. That means that the mattress is a twin. Apparently, people who sleep on twin size beds are either going to college, or younger. By which I mean: everything is designed for someone who can't handle delicate fabrics. I'm sorry. I know just how painful such shopping can be. At least you did not have you grandmother with you, pointing out how those floral sheets in that exact shade of ugly green would match the curtains she had custom-made for your room without your input.

Have you considered shopping eBay? They have some tasteful, high thread-count sheets that are not designed for people under twelve, with the added advantage of not having to leave your computer.

I have found sheets, and it looks like I'm going to be making my own pillow & duvet covers. Which is fine with me because it means I get to avoid looking like a hotel room.

*pets* We've got to find you somthing. Don't let the people bug you about that. So what if the duvet is queen sized? Sometimes it feels nice to snuggle in something bigger then the bed. =^_^= As for the sheets, we could get you the material you like and make some. It's not too hard. Just bulky. There's probably some way of ordering good sheets too possibly. Got to be with how many people use twin beds. To think it's all kids is stupid. Most apartments have twins/futons due to space!

Just relaxe and use the sheets you like from your old bed for now. Fold them up under the matriss and all. We'll find a way to make this work. =^_~=
