Hah! Awesome!

Today's Dictionary.com Word-of-the-day is "Paladin".

I wonder if tomorrow's will be "Cleric"?

Hah, that is quite funny for two reasons:

1) "Paladin" is my fake call-sign. (Top-gun much?)
2) My reserve unit is the 812th MP company, the "Iron Paladins"

: D

I would be entertained if tomorrow's word was "Prestige-class"

Given the actual definition of the word, I see no reason Paladins in D&D couldn't be of non-good/lawful alignments. = P
