This day is a day I've spent a whole deal to myself, which gave me a lot to ponder on. So many that I decided to put it under multiple LJ cuts to save your poor poor flists. :D
In fact, a certain partylist member approached one of my orgmates (from the UP Manila OMAKE or Ongaku Manga Anime Kosupurei Eiga society) and asked how do we uphold nationalism if we patronize another country's culture.
I was not aware that liking anime/manga and being nationalistic are now mutually exclusive.
A friend once commented that the fact that I haven't joined any rallies made me "so un-UP"
...Really now. I'd prefer to change the system not by wasting my time on rallies but by changing it from the inside.
