Moved to a new school and have been trying to figure it all out. 
Magnet schools are a little different than what I'm used to.

SO-O-O good to hear from you, and the recipes are a great bonus. I'm definitely trying the broccoli cassarole but probably with fresh broccoli? Do you think that will work?

Alas, I have no recipes to contribute...well, maybe potato latkes. FanSee

fresh broccoli will work, just cook steam it before adding it to the casserole.

I have never had potato latkes. So, yes, please.
