While at work today just a few hours before I was set to get off I went and stood up to grab books to chart in when I twisted to do so and pulled muscles in my lower left back area around my hip as well

I'm going to start working out regularly once my schedule switchas to 1pm till 9pm. I'm tired of being tired all of the to wand not having the strength I used to have.
I wan to really work on my abs for looks but mainly to help suppor my back so I don't die ;)
So far so good, I need to do something I suppose on my day off but I'm really not wanting to all that much. Maybe after a shower and some food I may feel more inclined to do something.
