[03] Open diner post

If anybody comes out of the horror hospital looking for a place to rest and recover, Dr. Schreber is the twitchy man in the corner of the diner. He has lots of answers but he isn't giving them out unless somebody threatens him for them. I do not have any plans for this post it is wide open.
