Progress log:
Alright, I will post this without sounding stupid hopefully, but I'm quite liking Insanity. It's... well, insane but it's good to feel an immediate sense of accomplishment once you are done with the day's workout. I also like that I don't need ANY equipment at all to do the exercises.

I hate how this fucking disease makes me so sluggish and tired and blah.
It makes working out every day so difficult :(
Plus I'm doing this really stupid thing at the moment of spending only 100 euros this month on food. It's eh... I mean, it means I eat stuff i still got in the pantry but it also means i eat less fruit because I see how expensive it is. Thats so wrong. it should be the cheapest thing...

And I just use frozen fruits for smoothies because I feel bad for the fresh fruit that get squished to death in a blender.
I'm sorry to hear that the meds are making you tired. That really sucks. Hopefully it's just a temporary sideeffect?
