At once, the squid-like creature curled up on the sand. After a few moments, the entirety of the creature’s body disappeared, leaving behind an empty shell. Cait Sith, who was sitting on Reeve’s shoulder, jumped off and ran to it. “Yep,” the cat said, looking the shell over, “This is the one!” The cat quickly picked it up and ran back to Reeve. The man carefully took the shell and analyzed it himself. Indeed, it was the shell the shopkeeper had described. “Right. Lets go back to Gongaga.” He said, nodding, before picking up the cat doll and heading inland.
“Yep,” the cat said, looking the shell over, “This is the one!” The cat quickly picked it up and ran back to Reeve. The man carefully took the shell and analyzed it himself. Indeed, it was the shell the shopkeeper had described.
“Right. Lets go back to Gongaga.” He said, nodding, before picking up the cat doll and heading inland.
