Good day, Miss.

I think the best that can be done is to give him what information he needs, then give him the time to think it over. Situations like these are not the kind of thing one usually considers, so I would suggest stepping carefully.

I wish you the best of luck.

Hi.

A-all right. Thank you. I'll try to remember that.

Nice to meet you too, Sanin-san.

No matter how different he is from how you remember, he's family and you shouldn't forget that.

I know how you feel, my dad used to be like...really old but here he's only seven years older then me.

I could probably kick his butt if I wanted to, back home no one could beat him he was so awesome.

That kind of thing happens a lot here. My mother is a teenager, just like me.

Just know that in another world, he's still your father. It's hard, I know, but...that should help.

What everyone else already said works... although you might not want to get dependent on him for everything. I mean... he is the same age as you after all.

... Speaking of which, my dad's the same age as me again now that he's back...

Same thing happened to me. Seconding what everyone else said about time and not depending on them, but have fun with it, too. Like, he's not going to have the same experiences your dad back home would have so he's not going to be as all knowing or whatever as the dad you know. You get to watch someone you always thought of as wise and experienced being an idiot like you are and spend more time with them 'before' they d
