I assume you mean the Admiral, though. I think if he had a brain he would be broadcasting by illusion from somewhere far away, but he has been effected by floods, so he is here. No one can kill him until he is found.

Of course I mean the Admiral. Recreational murder is best enjoyed from a position of power, and I expect he's enjoying it enormously.

If he's not present on the ship-and I doubt he's even a he-he has an investment in the system. And that investment seems to be in keeping it closed and chaotic.

Break the system, and someone has to come calling.
