I am loving this phone, it is such a major tech leap from my last one. I can text well on its nifty little keyboard, I can call people and not expect the battery to die after a single call, or from sitting quietly not being used at all... which going from full charge to dead battery during a work shift you didn't use your phone... not a helpful

You may be able to ask your current phone company to assist you with removing data/numbers/what have you from your old phone. I don't think mine charged for it last time I did it... however in switching to my newest phone, I never got it done. /ponder

they were able to switch my contacts and numbers, but not the pics, my old phone wasn't in the system anymore, and razor's were unfriendly for getting pics off of. (part of the design apparently.
