Just need to say it again, The Sarah Connor Chronicles is one of the best series I've ever watched, and I really care about that type of thing. The writing is consistently top notch, thought provoking on both a mental and spiritual level. Not bad for an sci-fi action series. And FOX sucks for treating it so shitty. I think it's actually a hard ( Read more... )

1. Have you checked out Life? it's relatively normal, as series' go, but generally a lot of fun.

2. From what I read of the reviews, Fox heavily interfered on the first episode of Dollhouse (as per usual) which is why it feel so flat for a Whedon effort. Supposedly the second episode is much better.

2. Wouldn't surprise me, and I'm definitely sticking around for it.

Life is definitely a character study dropped it to a mostly average cop show. But it is the characters that really bring it alive.

Yeah, Dollhouse left me kind of flat. Seeing as each character is working independently and most of them at odds with one another, there won't be much of the "Scoobie Crew" or the "Serenity Family" feel in this one, which is a shame.

Well there are 3 Dolls that are featured in the promo stills, we really only met one, saw another, and I think the third was on screen in the background once or twice. That's the group that we're going to care about. Hopefully.

Ah, if that is the case, then it would appear that the other comment someone made about FOX messing with stuff would be more likely par for the course.

Have you seen "Jekyl"? Quite good! I'd respond more to this post, but I'm at a con and we need to go find fun.

It was good! I totally though either James Nesbitt (Jackman) or Paterson Joseph (Benjamin) was going to be the next Doctor.

Saw Dollhouse the other night. As was already said, it might be taking itself too seriously to start. Although not what I pictured in a first episode based upon the premise, it still held our attention until the end. We will continue to watch. (I miss True Calling. That was a fun show.)

Heroes - we're standing on the precipice of abandonment. Just don't get why they are taking it the places they are. Not pleased with the writing at all.

Lie to Me is a very interesting show too. Mr. Liger and I are enjoying it, especially Tim Roth.
