Pimping DH2 NYC Premiere Get Together

I'm a bit far away for this (Australia), but I think it's a great idea - like minded people (in otherwords, potterheads) getting together to watch the premiere of DH2 in New York City.

Cool idea. Even as a person who read the books in my late 40s I was totally swept up in the Potter world for awhile. I hope that all those who go have a blast and make some friends. (BTW.. you have not been at lj_scribe much lately... miss reading you) ~Jim

It is a cool idea, isn't it? It should be lots of fun for those who go.

Thanks for the kind words re missing reading me - RL has stepped in with hobnailed boots lately, and I've been stuck writing reports, submissions, analysing scientific reports, dealing with politicians, and all sorts of awful things like that - so there hasn't been much room in my poor old brain for much creative process.

It's all in a good cause, though - an environmental problem in the area where I live - so worth a bit of time and effort, and it will be all worth it in the end.
