that sounds absolutely delish..but I'll try this dish with white meat chicken anyway, as on a student budget, dark meat chicken is a bit expensive for me ;D

Dark meat is more expensive for ya? I wonder why. In my experience, white meat was the more expensive of the two types.

The recipe should be just as good with white meat chicken as with dark meat. I just experimented with dark meat because that is what we have a lot of and artzamy23 doesn't particularly care for it.
