Google looks to be poised to offer a new payment service. I'll use both PayPal and Google until I can definitely say I like either one better. At the moment I do have some problems with PayPal's taking a bit off the top as a "transaction fee". Kinda feels like a protection racket or some such but all legit and stuff

Paypal takes nothing out of transactions involving personal accounts, with the limitation being that personal accounts cannot accept credit/debit payments.

every transaction that I've completed has had a "transaction fee" taken from it.

I believe other people have been saying the same thing about pay pal.
