Well, I can tell you what I do concerning the Ojamas.
Technically the Shinigami are "Spirits", too, but they can be seen by everyone in this world.
They are not seeable to the normal people back in their world as well, but they are here.
That's why I decided to make the Ojamas viewable to everyone here as well.
Because I thought it would be weird if some spirits are seeavle while others are not. And I don't really want the public to think that Manjyome and Judai are out of their minds for talking to air.
