I have no plotbunnies for 1/2 Prince either. I'm thinking that what I want to know will probably happen sooner or later. I want the next chapters!!!
Second Life is a great setting for crossovers though...just have people play the game! But then, it's far in the future, so that might be a little hard.
I was just thinking about that about half-an-hour ago. XD Forgot about when it was set though.
As far as I can see, they play when they're sleeping (if not, they played for ten hours just interviewing people?!) so if there's a canon that can go into people's dreams... >3
*slow grin* Damn. So, if there's an immortal from medieval times (I really want to say Isaac, or even Alex, from Golden Sun) and they started playing Second Life... XD Heheh.
Or even a canon about computers, because Second Life has to be stored somewhere and all that... computer-y stuff. Or hackers.
Or fuse the computer canon with a Second Life magic glitch in the game or something and someone's teleported somewhere.
*starts thinking about Tidus* XD Perfect crossover material for this.
Or 'real life' psychics, so if they're trying to get into someone's head while they're playing the game, they could get sucked into it too?
XD;; Now I just have to think of what canons that I know and can use for these. >3

The virtual game part with the eye piece is very similar to the .hack series, except .hack is about getting stuck in the game when the game world starts breaking down. Hm, a glitch in Second Life would be pretty interesting. (haha, this is where my mind went when you said hackers)
Dennou Coil is set in the future too and deals with the virtual world breaking down...haha, I'm thinking of series that are too minor for crossovers. XD;;
I think Angelic Layer or Chobits would fit perfectly since they're set in the future with pretty advanced technology.
I was getting worried while reading because they were talking about how good the food was and I was like 'D: But it's not real food! What's happening to your body in the real world?!'
The other thing I was worrying about was just how... hairline trigger Lan was getting at attacking things - just hoping that doesn't carry over in to real life. ^ ^ But I may just be overthinking these things.
XD It's been aaaages since I've played the game(didn't finish it), read the manga (I think I got to the second volume) and watched the short anime thing that came with the game.
