So pretty! I love the textures you use here that imply torn fabric or paper lace. You can read anything you want into it...
I remember this from the RWSA banner - any excuse to revisit it is welcome. And, without the text I can actually tell what's going on with the position of her legs on the right hand image.
Did you sign this? I don't see your signature but I may be overlooking it.
no I haven't signed it. I guess that might be something I wanna do now..I actually don't think I have ever signed my stuff..umm weird that I never thought of it
I never used to but then velvet whip and comlodge encouraged me to.And i realized that I used to constantly nag my sweetie to sign her paintings and sculptors so why wouldn't I do the same with my work? Even if it's a pseudonym.
Back several years ago when my sweetie was in art school she failed to sign one of her sculptors while working on the clay model and had to inscribe her name into the finished bronze with a dremel (not an easy task I tell you.) She never forgot to sign her work after that!
I like being able to know who made a banner or other artwork and give them proper credit. There's no reason we shouldn't be proud of our work if we're willing to post it.
