Note: I'm not trying to offend you Chalkey, or discredit Mom's or anything, I'm just pmsing and need to get this off my chest, I'm tired if having my simple little order messed up...

There's a woman at Mom's that always messes my order up. And today when I corrected her she went to the back and said "that last ticket is to go, she said it was for

For me, when I am at places I know they mess up my order, I learned the order they expect things to be said in.. like.. you can't lead off with "This is a to-go order" at the start.. they will still, 90% of the time, ask you at the end "is this for here or to go?".. they're in mental autopilot mode. sometimes you have to do something out of the ordinary to get them to break out of robot mode and actually pay attention to you... unfortunately, what that is varies from person to person, but once they actually learn your routine order.. in theory, they should be on autopilot in the RIGHT direction.

as a person who doesn't like a lot of stuff that other people do to eat., I sympathize with you greatly about getting a simple order messed up time and again.
