My mother just came in the room and said "I know where I went wrong with you. When you mouthed off as a kid, I should've locked you in a cage."

Me: "Y... you're not supposed to watch Dateline trauma documentaries and get ideas."

Mother: "Hmm, I wonder if they still make them big enough... "

I've finally got the ball rolling on rainscene, if anyone was ( Read more... )

For the record, I totally noticed that you'd written at rainscene and commented before you linked to it from here. (In case any bonus friend points were being distributed?)

Aaaaargh, I love slash where the job title "manservant" is involved. And I could easily revive my crush on Merlin from T.A. Barron's Lost Years of. Plus, Anthony Stewart Head! On the other hand, me and playful anachronism tend not to get along that well. Horatio Hornblower is probably about as far as I go. Or trips to the past in Star Trek, of course. But on the other hand (channeling Tevye), that is some really great hair. . .

Friend points noted. ♥ ♥

If historical (um, legendary?) inaccuracy bothers you, Merlin might actually cause you physical pain. XD Which is a shame, because it really is an addicting show, you're just not supposed to take it seriously.

Oh dear. XD I can handle a creative take on the story, but if they're, like, using slang then I'll probably just be annoyed. Although I did watch that Jack of All Trades show with Bruce Campbell! :D

Ahaha, I love this show, very very much, it even distracts me from the new Supernatural season (temporarily) (they have evil angels, I love Eric Kripke).

It's so slashy it hurts XD Also, young Arthur is way too attractive *O*

I stalled somewhere in S2 of Supernatural, but Becky made me watch the haunted Dean episode and OMG. XD I will never forget it.

Aw, why would you be stalling, especially when half of season three is so painfully hilarious XD

OhGodMerlin! *__* that article... It's show's like this that make me so glad for living in the UK.
But the slash oh dear god! even my mum and little sister have started picking up on it aha...I was incredibly miffed however by the lack of mouth-to-mouth recusitation after Merlin rescued Arthur from the lake last epi lmao! and i still haven't got over the dying!merlin/bed scene yet XD

Keep pimping the awesome♥

YES. I keep hearing from other people and online reviews that everyone is picking up on the gay -- even if in a derogatory way. XD You have to be pretty damn obvious to make slash goggles useless.

Maybe they thought they'd give us a heart attack. XD

I think the idea of you doing a drama blog is fitting in the most ultimate kind of way.

And where are you getting Merlin!?
I got caught for torrents once and I don't want to risk it with western shows, but I want to catch this somewhere.
This and Legend of the Seeker.
