The acting wasn't as bad as people were making me think it would be, but yeah, it's just as feel-good as Last Friends. I watched it when it was airing and hoo. Hooboy.

Oh my god, I know. Everything I know about law I learned from John Grisham, and I still could've handled that case better. (Though I wasn't too fond of Kitamura's smackdown, since he was bashing her so hard without taking any responsibility. It wasn't her fault she was a rookie in over her head, you know?)

...I just thought his delivery was excellent, TBH. It was a great piece of acting, as I've come to expect, but slightly subtle in some ways. Freaking hell, if I could just pluck a man out of the world to marry...

Also, i'm rewatching ROOKIES with the subs (FINALLY, after watching it ten times without) and all the little bits and subtle comments and GOD why do i get the feeling that everyone and their brother wants to getit on with Aniya? Him and his smirking competitions with Kawato, his fluff up when Yagi says she'll 'do it' with him and anything Shinjo does for him basically.

AND why am i very excited by the following: According to TBS, this drama will not be confined by the seasonal programming rotation.

Does... does this mean we'll get more than 11 episodes of this or... WHAT?

While i wouldn't question this normally ('cos it's a fine image!) i wonder how things worked out with the slightly dopey looking one. Bless him. And thinking about it even more, i can only really see Mikoshiba doing something like that. The others... i can see them being picked up for sexual favours. (Why does this sound like i'm thinking far too much?)

Best bit from episode two is Aniya going to find the kid Kawato punched out of the window thinking he'll be all, 'Fucking arsehole!' about Kawato and then finding out he's actually become Kawato's bitch. 'Cos Kawato is all about that really.

Three? That's NOTHING! And once i'm done, ICON TIME! That or Zettai episode 3. Either or.

That would certainly explain its length. XD Though I was really impressed with how quickly it flew by. Goes to show what thirty minutes of eyesex can do for a drama!

Aniya makes Shinjo do it -- it doesn't take too much convincing -- and the rest fall in line after. If you can't take a cock, you're not badass enough for Aniya.

Almost every drama this season looks traumatising, which is why I've been sticking to Osen. Though in that episode Akari is still more competent than some of the lawyers I've worked for.
