Yeah, Eleven gets to act with kids and I'm sure he'll do more of that next series too.

To be truthful, most of the Classic Doctor is a haze, (Sixty year old woman and these were shows I watched Saturday as a teenager, then later with my now adult children on late night on PBS) Of those I have watched recently, Battlefield, which Persiflage suggested was my favorite. I don't know how I could forgotten it, because I do recall seeing it when it first aired on PBS, and was struck by how naturally they approached the relationship between Winnifred and Ancelyn. I was charmed out of my socks. The Two Doctors is interesting and almost relevant now as we see the Time Lord's subtle campaign to control and stifle the development of a species and culture they find aesthetically repellent. The Time Warrior, because Sarah Jane is just wonderfully independent and courageous. The Caves of Androzani because of Peter Davison's earnest portrayal and the shameless exploitation of Ms. Bryant's assets, and The Twin Dilemma for the first twenty minutes because of Colin's Baker's underrated performance. I adore the Eight Doctor movie, ( ... )
