I'd probably not say anything, but if you feel like you should maybe acknowledge nicely that you appreciate the pizza and then slip in that you wonder if anything changed in their prep/recipe. And then if they were receptive to your comment, let them know you prefer your pizza the way they used to make it. That's all I got. :)
