Was Chibi not absolutely boiling in that link cosplay? or was the gloriously freezing British weather on her side?

She was boiling, but the gloriously freezing British weather was a godsend to her every time she went outside XD
I've known people who cosplay fursuits in AUGUST (at Ame), so she wasn't THAT insane.
