NOTICE: Important to all students and professors
As there have apparently been some misunderstandings regarding the rule about "deviancy" on school grounds, and Professor Reborn seems to find these misunderstandings too amusing to actually do anything about it, it falls to me to make the actual clarifications.
"Sexual contact" is here defined as any purposeful stimulation, direct or undirect, of genitalia (male or female, external or internal), anus, buttocks, or breasts of self or another person.
According to the rules of the university,
ALLOWED are:
1.1. Sexual contact between two consenting, legal adults in a private setting, in whichever manner they deem preferable,
1.1.1. Regardless of sex, gender, sexual orientation, or preferred form of sexual contact,
1.2. Kissing in public, provided no actual sexual contact is attempted and this does not cause a disturbance,
1.2.1. Regardless of sex, gender, or sexual orientation,
1.3. Holding hands, talking sweetly, making declarations of love etc. in public, provided this does not cause a disturbance,
1.3.1. Regardless of sex, gender, or sexual orientation.
However, any such actions will be expressly forbidden if they are covered by anything specified in section 2.
NOT ALLOWED are:
2.1. Any form of non-consensual contact, be it kisses, caresses, or actual sexual acts, in public or in private,
2.1.1. Including any such contact initiated through the use of hypnosis, possession, illusion, fraud, threat, or manipulation,
2.2. Any form of unwelcome sexual innuendo, suggestions, or comments,
2.3. Any form of sexual contact in a public setting,
2.3.1. Regardless of consent or severity of offense,
2.4. Any form of sexual contact between a human and an animal (as an animal cannot give informed consent),
2.4.1. Including box animals that can be classified as self-aware,
2.5. Any form of kisses, caresses, or such during class time,
2.5.1. Regardless of teacher, class, or the student's interest in the subject at hand,
2.5.2. Sexual contact in a public place being covered in 2.3,
2.6. Any form of disturbance carrying beyond your own bedroom during silence, which falls between 11 PM and 7 AM in every dormitory, including the professors'.
In other words, if you're not forcing or tricking someone into it, feel free to do whatever you wish as long as it's in the privacy of your own room and you don't cause a ruckus in the middle of the night.
As we all are technically linked to the mafia and thus experts in finding loopholes and exceptions in everything, the administration reserve the right to adjust and add to these regulations as needed. You will be notified if this happens.
