Can't say I fully agree with the thing about bots, given experience back home. But Miku was my best friend and you've got a good point.

Depends on the bot I guess. From what I've heard she could feel. She had emotions and was more or less an individual person. That makes her alive in my book. I've blown up plenty of mindless killbots back home. I know the difference between the two.

That would depend on the punishment the legal system would decide for murder. Jail time is a given.
