February soup
I wish I could be in London's snowstorm right now, or anywhere cosy with lots of snow falling outside. I'd give anything for that. Being a true winter baby at heart, I crave that weather and was not made for Australian heat and its stiflingly sickening Sydney humidity. Goodbye 2008, hello and thank god you're almost here, 2009!!
This time last year I remember what I was doing so clearly. Preparing for a New Years Eve with somebody I didn't even really want to be with in the first place. How far I've moved on and come since. SO much has happened this year, it's unbelievable. All major things too.

I have four days off in a row -- unheard of, but what bliss. I had the best sleep last night, so feel fully re-charged now, ready for the big weekend ahead :) Am starting the time off to a trip to the hairdresser in The Rocks. Dodgy shoe drama
If there's one thing that propels me right out my comfort zone, it's when my feet aren't comfortable. If there's anything that makes me far from the person I truly am, and that's a miserable one, it's when I'm 1) tired and 2) when my feet are in shoes that are uncomfortable in any way. Flu tablets @ work
I hate being at work overloaded on cold & flu tablets, the ones with pseudoephedrine in them. Plus now you have to give out your drivers licence details when you buy such medicine at the chemist. I mean, how sad do you have to be to buy this shit in bulk (especially when they come in liquid form) if you plan on OD'ing just to get some kind of ( Read more... )
