Oh dear, umm...

I believe it was a behind the scenes pic in RoC/AoS...But as for Age of Ghosts, there is a deleted scene with lots of hand holding, where Rose and the Doc skip over to Jackie's from the playground.

I think the deleted scenes are in the DVD
