Dude, I did the same thing last week! How fucked. Yeah man, this is one of the worst things ever.. However, even though there is still some pain, I'm getting my range of motion back finally. Its been about 2 weeks.

Hey kiddo. Hope you're feeling better soon! Miss you bunches. Have been rather disconnected with painting/remodeling teh new digs. Hope you can find time to come and see it soon. :) Mom and LUCKY DOG are coming up this week! Mom will be @ Luna this thursday night from 9-10pm!!

I'll probably stop up, assuming I'm able to keep my eyes open after work...I've been passing out on the couch at insanely early times lately..it kinda blows.
