I'm not too sure, but all that I understood from the dialogue was- tsuyoshi's father tells him that the first time he and tsuyoshi's mother went to watch a film, he wanted to tell her how beautiful she looked but could never do so and he keeps wishing he should have said something that day. So Tsuyoshi runs out of the house, and goes back in time ( I am just guessing guessing don't brick me xD) and tells that lady -'Hello.. it may surprise you a bit, but I'm actually your son, and I wanted to tell you that my father always wanted to tell you you looked beautiful', to which the lady says, 'I don't really understand what you're saying, but... Thank you!'.
Didn't understand what was going on with Koichi though.. :D
