Ah, I don't know when you'll be able to read it! :( The challenge was to write 50,000 words in November and I did, but the story isn't over yet! D8 I'm not sure how much longer it will take. It could be another 20 or 30 pages before it's over, and then I need to do all sorts of editing.

However, I was thinking of maybe getting six people or so to read it over and give me some constructive criticism before I posted it up on the internet for people to read. Would you be interested in doing that?

Sure, I'd love to read it and give some feedback. ^_^

Congratulations!

I totally respect this so much more now that I tried and the best I got was like... 1500 words a day :(

Thank you!

Agh, last year was my first year doing Nano and all I got was about 10,000 words in the whole month. :( It's definitely much harder than most people give credit for. Are you going to try again next year?

Ah. I probably won't, unless I'm on top of all my classes next year and don't need too much review for finals :P

Woah! That's super cool! Congratulations! So, what exactly do you win for winning Nano? =0

Thanks! :)

Well, you don't really get anything for NaNo except well earned braging rights and a completed (or at least a chunk of completed) manuscript and a halo over your username when you post on their forums until next year. It's really just done for the love of writing and for the satisfaction of doing something so difficult.
