So, I'm writing this fic wherein Patrick is a piercer at Joe's older brother's tattoo shop and has multiple piercings (eyebrow, gauged ears, industrial, nose, lip, nipples, PA and a Lorum), a half-sleeve on his left arm and a music note on his right wrist; basically, I saw these pics, on this tumblr:

Yeah, I've got nothing, either. I did have an idea for one, like, after he meets Pete and they get serious (the quote that inspired IOH, is Pete's fave quote, like he knows it word for word and eventually Patrick gets Infinity On High tattooed somewhere) but other that that, I keep drawing a blank.

I do like those -believe it or not,the middle note in the neck/back tattoo is almost exactly like I pictured for Patrick's wrist tattoo, lmao. Great minds, huh? ;)

I like the idea of the back tattoo wrapped around Patrick's arm, if that makes any sense?

The mic one I fucken love, but my problem is that Patrick doesn't really sing in this 'verse, you know? A little bit, here and there, under his breath in the shop when it's slow or maybe to Pete when he can't sleep, but it's not his life the way it is now. And I really think that would be a tat for someone who loved singing, you know?

It does suck, but the way I look at it, piercing takes the place of singing in his life, you know? Because when he was 15 he met Pete and Pete pushed him to sing, Pete -in a very real way- made him the singer he is today. But in this 'verse, he doesn't meet Pete when he's 15, instead he gets drunk at a friend's house with Joe and gets his nose pierced and that's what he ends up loving.
