I would say that's called a "fever," dear. For me, feeling cold and having a hot back-of-the-neck usually (like, always) means I have at least a slight fever. The feeling just a little off-kilter or "weird" is also a good indicator, since there's a mini-battle being pitched inside your body, and joints tend to ache a little.
So basically, all of those things, to me, spell out "FEVER" in big glowing letters. Take some ibuprofen to bring it down, and drink lots of fluids. :) Hope you feel better soon.
