Yeah, that sounds like it went wrong on several levels - Gates wide open for everything, which got way too much, as well as getting your body out of balance. spirituality can be such a wonderful thing, but we also need our grounding in our everyday world, if that gets lost ... anything can happen, it goes the way "høna sparker" :-/
