A reminder to be concise.

Read some poetry by Viggo Mortensen and oh, my heart, it really is the kind of thing that enters your soul and engages it in a slow and torturous dance, only to drift away after a bow and leave you grasping for a second dance. I can sit down and write, but that made me want to sit down and write. A bit about walking on snow which will probably be ( Read more... )

hmm walking on snow is silent...like how dogs/cats walk silently..XD

Walking on ice is annoying..cause I can't walk fast and have to be on guard the whole time.

I like walking on indoor polished floors. Nice and smooth and echo-y.

Walking on grass and soil is weird....I can't express it...like your shoes will grip on the rough surface.

I hope this helps somewhat....can't think of other surfaces.

Oh, I didn't think about the indoors at all. Will need to consider it now!

Yes. Because that is because there's more friction... XDDD Are indoors your favourite? How about floor heating?

yea..indoors are good cause its mostely flat surfaces. Less dangers.
Heated floors are comfy cause your feet are nice and warm~ XD Cold floors are scary..its like walking on ice barefooted. :D

oh and how about walking barefoot on wet grounds? like in baths. Been doing that a lot..XD Its dangerous too cause slippery....oh getting in and out of tubs are scary..

Walking on wooden floors or tatami is nice too~ Barefoot. XD

oh don't forget walking on carpets!!

I'm just giving you more to consider aren't I? XD

I don't know, I haven't really thought about indoors subjects... but hmn. Rug burn really sucks and yeah... I guess staying at home alone isn't always safe.

Oh, that reminds me, I saw a guy on a bus barefoot a while ago! Barefoot when he got off, too!

Walking in snow that's at least a foot or two deep on a sunny day usually feel very tranquil to me. It's like I can hear the snow falling down and melting, or someone walking somewhere else but you can't see. The first step is uncertain because you put your foot on it, you don't know how far you sink into it. Later it just gets annoying because of the resistance.

Walking on ice is like waiting for the fall to happen, not so much feeling on my feet than actually being scared to fall face down. haha

Walking on half-inflated air bed is a challenge to my balance, but not so bouncy enough to feel like bouncing in those bouncy balloon things for kids XD

How do you feel about the glare? Dislike it but like the sun more? Like it?

God, yes, ice is scary. I'm still thinking about a lot, like how scary it is when you're slipping but not falling or falling when you really didn't think you would slip, but that's always when it happens.

HAHAHAHA. Oh, I remember those things. I keep on thinking I'll twist my ankle horribly. Thanks for the input!

The glare like the snow reflecting the sun? I don't stay out enough to get blinded by the sun, so I don't hate it. I also don't drive. haha

I haven't fallen on my face, but I have hit the back of my head. I got quite dizzy so I actually wondered AM I GOING TO DIE FROZEN TO DEATH. Well, I'm alive.

Yeah.
Hmn. Maybe I'm too much of an indoor person. It hurts my eyes when there's actual sun. XD

Omg, that sounds so scary. o__o I've hit myself on my bum a lot and felt like I twisted my hand but it was just really jarred. Falling is so terrifying.
