I think a few did but, Mister Roy doesn't remember the projects he was working on before. He wanted to restore power to the city and provide shelters people could go to.

Mister Urahara was part of that.

Rei seems to greatly like Roy.

I do too. He focused on fixing things, rather than on pointing fingers or passing judgment. He focuses on the whole picture and thinks ahead. He's like master but without the debt, booze, and women chasing.
