Arg. Spent too long on the bike. Curse my out of shape self. Legs and hips hurting like crazy. Hopefully I don't do the bullshit of staying awake all night because of it ( Read more... )

Are you required to do this bike stuff? Could you do, say, some gentle hatha yoga, instead, to get your out of shape self a bit more conditioned before you commit so hard to such hard sessions on the bike?

Did you reaallyyy stretch before and after? I always THINK I'm in good shape until I try exercising without proper stretching... o_O
