Arg. Spent too long on the bike. Curse my out of shape self. Legs and hips hurting like crazy. Hopefully I don't do the bullshit of staying awake all night because of it

Are you required to do this bike stuff? Could you do, say, some gentle hatha yoga, instead, to get your out of shape self a bit more conditioned before you commit so hard to such hard sessions on the bike?
