Thank you for this, although it's painful to read. As you know from my LJ filter 'Work' I'm exploring ideas about how to get paid for scientific writing. May I name you on that filter as somebody who knows how if it to write for dosh?

Oh, of course! I'd be interested to see how you're doing with it. I'm hoping that scientific writing is in a better situation than general writing is.
