Last night was interesting. Tim's knee got worse during the evening, so when he needed to get up during the night, he found he couldn't do it. It took about 20 minutes to get him out of bed- I finally had to lift his bad leg out and set it on the floor. Then it took him another 10 minutes to get to the bathroom. Repeat as necessary

its going to sound left-fieldish, but I recommend watching Gravity Falls. Pay a lot of attention to the clues and things in the background, and in the credits. There's a lot of content in every episode beyond the surface. But, for all that, it's still a light-hearted disney cartoon show. It can occupy your brainmeats with distraction that has no obligation or stress. That's what I find most helpful when trying to shoo the black dogs away. <3

First season is on Netflix now, I believe.

I bought three more sewing books from the Goodwill Monday afternoon. I have a huge number of iris seeds that I need to soak and then stick into the refrigerator for two months....if nothing else, I still need to clean up our front room.
I have gobs of stuff to do and not enough motivation at the moment to swat a cockroach.
