Yet another day of waiting for H&W to call me back. It's 24 hours now. Please let them call me with the problem solved before the end of the day!Out side is gray and rainy and the wind is howling. The door onto the porch makes a particularly eerie sound when it blows. Had nightmares last night- I've been having weird and somewhat disturbing dreams

Will they call back on a weekend or can you have some break from the waiting ?
It doesn't help the depression with the weather either. Light box is in hall closet if you want to try it.

They are actually open today as it's the deadline. That surprised me. I'm torn between keep waiting for them today or try Blue Cross and see if they have the files yet that H&W were supposed to send them. If they do, then I *may* not need H&W. But I haven't heard from Blue Cross that they've gotten the files... and the BC member page is useless.

There has actually been more sun here than I expected. Several days have been very nice. Today has been one solid rain with no let up. Might just try the light box.
