I love this story so much. One of the best, if not the best, I've read in this fandom. I have re-read it several times and "Bad Idea, the Sequel" cracks me up every time. I love Kris's puzzle comparisons, and his thoughtful decision that he wants/deserves the total acceptance that Adam offers and Katy doesn't. Loved the byplay with Danny and the closet too. I love that Katy and Kris still love and want the best for each other, and Katy threatening Adam if he hurts Kris. I love it all. :)

I found a source attributing that Bible quote to the Revised English Bible, which is a revision of the New English Bible. I don't have the REB, but in the NEB the verse reads "There is nothing love cannot face; there is no limit to its faith, its hope, and its endurance." So the REB seems likely.
